Digital signs for KLP-Real Estate in Stockholm

KLP wanted an interactive list of all tenants in their entries in Stockholm, combined with digital boards. No problem. Mediascreen have installed a system that gives the tenants and visitors current service - they also get to know what music is being played in the speakers.

On the screens from Mediascreen, there is information about coming activities and practical information for the tenants.

Quick service for the tenants

KLP quickly informs their tenants about short maintenances or similar things. It helps create an increased presence, which is strengthened by the fact that you will get a notice once your rapport on something being wrong is received.

There are strong, light screens directed to the public by KLP’s facilities. However, there are also quite a few screens indoors, for example in the elevators or by the stairs. The ones by the elevators contain a lot of information, like what song and by which artist the song currently playing out of the speakers is called. They also show the weather, which is possible thanks to mediascreen’s widgets.

About the customer

KLP are currently developing and managing modern, central and commercial facilities in Stockholm. The company is owned by the norwegian company KLP Eiendom AS - one of the biggest northern facility owners with a facility worth around 62 billion swedish krones.

Berwaldhallen is located in Stockholm and is one of the country’s most important culture institutions, where hundreds of concerts are hosted every year. The concert hall manages to communicate with people outside thanks to mediascreen’s screens.
