Folktandvården Sörmland

Folktandvården Sörmland is one of the county’s biggest companies when it comes to dental health. It is also the only incorporated company in the region. Mediascreen installed digital signage in 19 of their different waiting rooms during 2019, all displays can be controlled simultaneously.

Their receptions throughout Sörmland, previously had displays from different providers. This resulted in the hardware being very different, for example when it comes to content their control system. The differences were rather large and one clinic could differ a lot from another.

A joint flexible system

By switching to a system from Mediascreen, the company didn’t just get a distinct look on all displays and messages. They also came to an effective joint administration for all receptions.

Installation and mounting

Except help and identifying the customer’s needs, software and hardware, Mediascreen were responsible for installation and mounting at the receptions. When the new displays were installed, we, of course, also took care of the old equipment.

About the customer

Folktandvården Sörmland has been an incorporated company to the region of Sörmland since 2011. The company employs about 500 people and takes care of 149 000 customers at clinics throughout the county.

Task

Identifying the customer’s needs, displays and media players, installation, supervision and support.

The royal library / Kungliga Biblioteket

Kungliga biblioteket in Humlegården has been around since 1878. Outside of their entrance, displays from Mediascreen showcase opening hours and coming events.
